 I am a longtime practitioner and teacher of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. and Inner Alchemy. I will integrate practices from Tai Chi and Qi Gong which will help you move through the big emotions that get stuck in the body when we experience trauma, grief and depression. These conscious gentle practices will lower your stress and anxiety and keep your energy level up. You will learn to use these practices to stay grounded and centred while you navigate this tender moment in your life. You will be able to

think more clearly and make wise decisions.
